Two sisters,

It started with a conversation. Aashima and Kashish were just two sisters talking about cookies — as sisters do — and realised they both had the same obsession: New York style cookies. The thick, chewy, golden-edged kind. The kind that feel like a whole mood.

So they did what any sensible people would do: they tried every cookie they could find. And were disappointed. Every. Single. Time. Too thin, too sweet, too basic. Nothing gave them that kick.

"If no one's making the cookie we want, we'll just have to make it ourselves." 💅

What followed was months of research, workshops, failed batches, and the kind of kitchen arguments only sisters can have. Until one day — they cracked it. Flavours that truly solve every situation in life. And now? They dare you to find better.

A Day In The Life Of Two Visionary Bakers

Back when I wasn't even a baker, back when the idea of baking just lit up in my mind, I used to think what a baker's day might look like! According to my imaginative faculty, it was another world of golden lighting where everything looks so perfect — a baker hums along a soft tune, calmly working on a frosting cake that smells like vanilla and sunshine. I thought bakers spent their days gracefully piping roses and sipping coffee while their cookies baked themselves. Spoiler alert: it's not.

When I say I'm a baker, I'm not just a baker. I'm also a customer service specialist, recipe developer, inventory manager, packaging designer, delivery coordinator, dishwasher, content creator, marketer, social media manager and financial manager. Oh, and the most critical role: the taste-tester. YES — I am the staff and I am the Owner.

"Yes, we call ourselves visionary. It's mostly to justify the chaos." 😅

The Morning Struggle

By 9:00 a.m. we are in our kitchen, sipping coffee and dreaming big about our future bakery. Yes, we believe in manifestations. Those conversations actually help us start our day with positivity. Today's Goal: a perfect eggless cake recipe. Today's Reality: accidentally used wrong measurements and messed up the whole thing. Honestly, sometimes I love these messed-up things — because somehow it converts into laughter at the end of the day.

The Midday Struggle

By noon, our kitchen looks like a flour explosion just happened. There will be a layer of flour and batter everywhere — on the countertop, the containers, the floor, and once I found batter on the ceiling too. It was Valentine's Day once, and we decided to bake two cakes for our parents. Midway through — let's get fancy! Two hours later, the cake looked like a toddler's art project. But hey, it's handmade. That's our story and we're sticking to it.

The Evening Reflection

As we wind up our day, we both look exhausted — but always feel that happiness inside for not giving up. Every burnt cookie, every messy kitchen, every "oops I forgot to add that ingredient" is a step towards the dream. (Okay, maybe we would like a bigger kitchen, a dishwasher, a convectional oven, and more funds.)

That first bite hits different! What's the secret? Just a little thing called "real baking" — where no factory robots are allowed.

Reason 1 — Lots of Emotions Involved

Handmade cookies have emotions — mixed with impatience, hope, fear of overmixing, and love. Store-bought cookies? Made by robots who have never cried over a burnt batch. Imperfections? More like happy accidents.

Reason 2 — Hygiene Over Hype

We treat hygiene like an unbreakable vow. Gloves change more often than a diva changes outfits, surfaces sanitized like a surgery room. Our batches are small enough that we would notice if anything went wrong.

Reason 3 — No Preservatives

Our cookies are so fresh they practically have an existential crisis if not eaten within 48 hours. No weird chemicals. No "best before 2050."

Reason 4 — Baked With Intentions

We believe food absorbs the energy of the person making it. If we catch ourselves grumbling, we eat a cookie to reset. It's science.
